Welcome to SarvaLinks— India's First AI-Powered National Employment & Workforce Transformation Ecosystem. By registering as a Founding Employer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. About SarvaLinks
SarvaLinks is a national workforce transformation initiative designed to connect employers, job seekers, educational institutions, workforce partners, and government stakeholders through an intelligent digital employment ecosystem.
- Registration as a Founding Employer is completely free.
- No registration fee, subscription fee, or hidden charge is required to create your company profile.
2. Founding Employer Registration
By completing this registration:
- You confirm that you are authorized to register on behalf of your organization or have the organization's permission to do so.
- The details submitted will be used to create your Company's Primary Account Owner.
- Additional company information may be requested during profile creation.
- Submission of this form does not guarantee verification or activation. SarvaLinks may conduct verification before enabling employer services.
3. Founding Employer Recognition
Organizations registering during the pre-launch phase may be recognized as Founding Employers.
Subject to platform policies and successful verification, Founding Employers may receive exclusive early-access benefits, including:
- Early access to employer features before public launch.
- Priority onboarding support.
- Founding Employer recognition on the platform.
- Invitations to future employer programs, webinars, and ecosystem initiatives.
- Early access to newly launched employer features.
These benefits are offered at SarvaLinks' discretion and may evolve as the platform grows.
4. No Registration Charges
Registration on SarvaLinks is currently free. Creating your employer account, company profile, and participating as a Founding Employer does not require any payment. If premium services are introduced in the future, they will always remain optional, and employers will be informed before using any paid feature.
5. Data Privacy & Security
Your trust is extremely important to us. SarvaLinks is committed to protecting your information using industry-standard security practices.
Your information will be used only for purposes related to:
- Employer account creation
- Company profile management
- Employer verification
- Platform communication
- Product updates
- Customer support
- Workforce ecosystem services
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Appropriate technical and organizational safeguards are implemented to protect employer data against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

By registering, you consent to receive communications from SarvaLinks regarding:

You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time.
7. Accuracy of Information
You agree that the information submitted is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in rejection, suspension, or removal of your employer account.
8. Intellectual Property
The SarvaLinks platform, technology, branding, trademarks, content, and software remain the intellectual property of SarvaLinks. Registration does not grant any ownership rights in the platform or its intellectual property.
9. Platform Evolution
SarvaLinks is continuously evolving. Features, workflows, policies, and services may be enhanced, modified, or expanded to improve the platform and serve the workforce ecosystem more effectively.
10. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to provide reliable and secure services, SarvaLinks cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform at all times. SarvaLinks shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from temporary interruptions, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available under applicable law.

We believe employer data belongs to the employer. Our philosophy is built on transparency, privacy, and responsible use of technology. We are committed to earning your trust — not only at launch, but throughout our long-term relationship.
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time as SarvaLinks evolves. Updated versions will become effective upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
